Radiesse

Radiesse

$15– $25 per injection

Radiesse is a popular dermal filler that also stimulates collagen production long term. It is able to combine the immediate results we see with hyaluronic acid fillers as well as give us long term results similar to Sculptra.

The calcium hydroxylapatite crystals in Radiesse are like tiny sponges, which make it different from hyaluronic acid fillers. As they absorb water, they give your face volume until they are broken down and absorbed by your body. Results can last up to two years.

This product produces stunning results in JAWLINES and CHEEKS.

We also use this product to rejuvenate and enhance other areas as well such as the NECK, HANDS, KNEES, THIGHS and BUTTOCKS.

Radiesse can also help tighten skin and improve skin integrity in these areas to keep them aging in line with our face.

Another popular area we treat with Radiesse is the buttocks. Also known as the Liquid BBL.

FAQs

Radiesse is a non-surgical dermal filler used to treat moderate-to-severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as the nasolabial folds, and to correct volume loss in the back of the hands. Composed of Calcium Hydroxylapatite (CaHA) microspheres suspended in an aqueous gel carrier, Radiesse provides immediate volume upon injection. As an added benefit, it stimulates the body to produce collagen on its own. CaHA microspheres are metabolized by the body as the gel absorbs, leaving behind natural collagen produced by the body as a response to the treatment.

The effects of Radiesse are both immediate and long-lasting. Individual results may vary, but in many patients, the results can last a year or more. The duration can depend on the treatment area, the amount of product used, and individual factors related to the patient’s skin and lifestyle.

As with all procedures that involve an injection, there can be side effects. Most side effects with Radiesse are mild and temporary. They can include redness, bruising, swelling, pain, itching, and tenderness at the injection site. More rarely, there can be lumps, bumps, or nodules.

Individuals who are looking to correct moderate-to-severe wrinkles and folds, enhance facial volume, or rejuvenate the back of their hands may be good candidates for Radiesse. It’s important to consult with a qualified healthcare provider to determine if Radiesse is right for you, especially if you have a history of severe allergies, bleeding disorders, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
