Appointment Policy

Arriving late will result in a loss of valuable treatment time. Your treatment will be completed according to the Policies of Appointment for the remaining scheduled time, but we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you arrive more than 10 minutes late and charge a cancellation fee (see cancellation Policies of Appointment for details).

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results. Purchased retail products, gift certificates, or pre-paid package purchases are not eligible for refunds.

Children Policy

Here at ASPIRE, we love babies and children, however, we ask that you please make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment. The goal is to ensure the safety of your children and to provide a relaxing environment for everyone.

Pet Policy

While ASPIRE loves animals, please leave your pets at home while you visit.
Pets that are not service animals must be removed from our healthcare facility when you arrive for an appointment. We ask that you leave your pet at home to avoid any disruption or inconvenience.

We appreciate your cooperation and consideration for all of our patients.

Cancellation / No Show Policy

Appointments require a credit card on file to book. Aspire Aesthetics adheres to a 48-hour Cancellation / No Show Policy to accommodate our patients and respect our providers. Please call us at 361-316-5909 if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Failure to show and any cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of at minimum $200, up to the full cost of the scheduled service(s).

If a patient has not shown up and/or canceled late 2 times, the client will then be required to prepay in full for future services at the time of booking the appointment. The amount pre-paid is nonrefundable if the no-show/cancellation policy is violated. If the appointment is rescheduled prior to 48 hours of the appointment time, the amount paid will be credited for future services at Aspire.

Providers are booked out weeks to months in advance, and we have a significant waiting list. We are not able to fill those gaps when cancellations occur at the last minute. Thank you for understanding our cancellation policy. It will allow the Aspire team to continue providing the highest level of service to you and future patients, while also valuing our team members’ time.
