Appointment Policy
Arriving late will result in a loss of valuable treatment time. Your treatment will be completed according to the Policies of Appointment for the remaining scheduled time, but we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you arrive more than 10 minutes late and charge a cancellation fee (see cancellation Policies of Appointment for details).
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results. Purchased retail products, gift certificates, or pre-paid package purchases are not eligible for refunds.
Children Policy
Here at ASPIRE, we love babies and children, however, we ask that you please make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment. The goal is to ensure the safety of your children and to provide a relaxing environment for everyone.
Pet Policy
While ASPIRE loves animals, please leave your pets at home while you visit.
Pets that are not service animals must be removed from our healthcare facility when you arrive for an appointment. We ask that you leave your pet at home to avoid any disruption or inconvenience.
We appreciate your cooperation and consideration for all of our patients.
Aspire Booking Fee Policy
A $100 booking fee is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your treatment total.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. With proper notice, your fee will remain on your account for future use. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the fee being forfeited.
Cancellation / Reschedule Policy
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled 2 business days or less of scheduled appointment for any reason will be charged an automatic $100 non refundable fee. (Business days are Monday-Friday).
If a patient has not shown up and/or canceled late 2 times, the client will then be required to prepay in full for future services at the time of booking the appointment. The amount pre-paid is nonrefundable if the no-show/cancellation policy is violated. If the appointment is rescheduled prior to 2 hours of the appointment time, the amount paid will be credited for future services at Aspire.
Providers are booked out weeks to months in advance, and we have a significant waiting list. We are not able to fill those gaps when cancellations occur at the last minute. Thank you for understanding our cancellation policy. It will allow the Aspire team to continue providing the highest level of service to you and future patients, while also valuing our team members’ time.
